Shipping & delivery
We deliver to every Syrian governorate, and you can pay on delivery.
Delivery time
- Damascus and Rural Damascus: 24–48 hours
- Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia and Tartus: 48–72 hours
- Other governorates: 3–5 working days
The clock starts when your order is confirmed, not when it is placed. We message you on WhatsApp when it ships.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated by governorate and shown clearly before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges added on delivery.
Payment
Cash on delivery is currently the only way to pay. Other digital payment methods will appear once they are officially enabled.
Before you accept the parcel
Check the parcel in front of the courier. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, do not accept it — contact us directly.
