Privacy policy
We collect as little of your data as we can, and use it for one purpose: getting your order to you.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number — to confirm the order and talk to you about delivery
- Your address and governorate — to deliver the order
- Any order notes you add
We do not ask for a bank card number and we do not store one, because we do not currently process card payments online.
Who sees it
The FLORA team, and the delivery company carrying your order — which receives only the name, phone number and address, and only as much as delivery requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for accounting and after-sales service. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time by contacting us, and we will do so unless a legal obligation prevents it.
Cookies
We use analytics to understand which pages are visited most and to improve the store. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
