Who we are

FLORA is an online perfume store operating inside Syria, selling authentic perfume with delivery to the Syrian governorates and payment on delivery. These terms govern your use of the FLORA site and any order you place through it.

Your order, and when the sale is made

Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy, and the sale is made only when we confirm the order. We keep the right to refuse or cancel any order before delivery in the following cases:

• The perfume went out of stock after the order was placed
• An obvious error in the price or in the product description
• The order details could not be verified, or the address could not be reached
• A suspected fake order, or repeated orders intended to cause harm

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we return the full amount under Refund policy.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Syrian pounds, and cover what is shown on the perfume's page.
• Payment is in cash on delivery. We do not ask for a bank card number and we do not collect online payment details.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm — see Shipping & delivery.
• Prices may change at any time, but the price of your order is the one shown at the moment it was confirmed.

Product authenticity

We commit to selling only authentic perfume. Perfume is a sensory product, and how it holds and projects can differ from person to person and from season to season — that is a natural difference in experience, not a fault in the product, and it is not grounds for a return once opened. If a perfume reaches you damaged or is not what you ordered, that is covered by Returns & exchanges.

Images and content

We do what we can to keep every description, price and image accurate. Colour can differ between a screen and the real bottle, and manufacturers may change their packaging without notice. The site's content — text, images and the mark — is owned by or licensed to FLORA, and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Using the site

• You agree to give accurate details when ordering, particularly your name, phone number and address.
• The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, or to damage its service.
• Your account, and what happens through it, is yours alone.

Limits of liability

Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control — closed roads, weather, or exceptional conditions that prevent delivery — and we keep you informed in every such case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic. We always try to settle any disagreement amicably and through direct contact first.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page whenever the way the store works changes. The order you placed is governed by the terms in force at the moment it was confirmed, not by any later change.
